Inizia il suo percorso lavorativo nella società di comunicazione Glamm Interactive, occupandosi anche di gestire un portafoglio clienti di peso. Dal 2001 per 13 anni opera, tra Camera dei Deputati e Regione Lazio, nel campo politico istituzionale, rivestendo ruolo di coordinamento di grandi eventi e svolgendo anche attività di ufficio stampa e segreteria. Nel 2014 ritorna al settore privato e dal 2019 supervisiona l’amministrazione e l’office management della sede capitolina di The Skill, con una spiccata propensione al problem solving.
